Yes. Our Bostel BMS™ CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is software. We refer to it as the Bostel BMS™ CRM App. Our CRM App is a mobile and desktop application that helps businesses track and manage customer interactions in a single system of record. Our CRM App will record interactions in your business between your prospects and your existing customers.

The Bostel BMS™ CRM can run on any type of computer or Apple and Android device that has an internet browser and an internet connection.

Because the Bostel BMS™ CRM runs on Apple and Android internet connected mobile devices, you can get it from your Google Play or Apple App Store. You can also access the Bostel BMS™ CRM on any internet connected hardware using an internet browser like Microsoft Internet Explorer or Edge, Google Chrome, Apple Safari or Amazon Silk. Use the link https://crm.bostel.com or go to the bostel.com website and on the top right look for and click the Bostel BMS™ CRM Icon link.

The Bostel BMS™ app is not free, but you can install and test the App using a free shared account or signup and get a private account with a 10-day free trial. We do have a variety of pricing options starting at $29.99 per month for a two-user. Because we believe that in order to provide the best products and services, we need to invest in our people and innovation and strive to offer our clients the best prices possible.

If you can use a smartphone and understand and run your business, then you should have no problem with the Bostel BMS™ CRM. The App comes configured to get started right after signing up. It will self-configure itself using your signup information, and you will be using it in minutes.

Our Bostel Marketing Team can scrape the web and/or create a social media or email campaign for prospect leads generation. These new fresh leads than get loaded to your leads module that can then be used by you and your team.

Yes, with support credits you can have Bostel Support Staff create custom reports.

Yes, Support Credits can be used for training for Bostel products.

Yes. Bostel Voice AI™ can transfer or forward calls to your mobile phone, home phone, office line, or another team member when needed.

Checking your Bostel Voice AI™ usage is simple. Log in to your account and open the Voice AI Dashboard. There you can view:

  • Total hours and minutes used
  • Remaining hours included in your plan
  • Current billing period usage
  • Call history and recordings
  • Inbound and outbound call statistics
  • Average call duration
  • Transcripts and AI actions performed
  • Any additional usage charges, if applicable

You can also filter usage by date range to review activity for a specific day, week, or month. Usage statistics are updated automatically, allowing you to monitor consumption and manage costs with ease.

Bostel Voice AI™ makes it easy to receive and manage messages. When a caller leaves a message or the AI takes one on your behalf, you can receive it through multiple channels, including:

  • Automatic monthly renewal

You can review your subscription, usage, invoices, and payment information anytime through the Bostel portal.

If your usage exceeds the hours included in your plan, additional charges or a plan upgrade may apply. You may also cancel or modify your subscription at any time, subject to your service agreement.
